Configurable temperature warning for school environmental monitoring. Not a medical or industrial diagnosis.

Define the high temperature trigger point. If incoming BMP280 temperature measurements meet or exceed this value, a high-priority warning is registered.

Alert Deduplication & Resolution Rules

  • Non-Spamming: Only one alert event is recorded for a continuous threshold violation; repeated polling cycles do not duplicate records.
  • Operator Acknowledgement: Users can acknowledge an active alert to confirm awareness.
  • Hysteresis Recovery: Once the ambient temperature falls 0.5°C below the threshold, active/acknowledged alerts are automatically marked as resolved.
Educational Prototype Notice: This environmental warning system is developed for school IoT science projects and environmental monitoring. It does not provide medical diagnoses or certified occupational heat-stress (WBGT/OSHA) assessments.
